UAB „Odontėja“ respects its visitors and clients’ privacy and therefore guarantees that your information submitted on the website www.odontėja.lt will be kept and used safely. However before signing up read this UAB „Odontėja“ privacy policy carefully to avoid any misunderstandings.
UAB „Odontėja“ reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time, therefore, you need to read it again every time you use this website. Our online registration form and method can be used by:

To enable you to use UAB „Odontėja“ services, your personal data which will be used for registration, prescription and application of treatment methods and measures, issuing an invoice, sending you to third-party persons for additional services needs to be collected and stored. Your personal information will be used only for the purposes of registration, contacting you and authentication, accounting of provided services and renewal of contact with you. The legal basis for data management are GDPR, Duomenų tvarkymo teisinis pagrindas – BDAR, Lithuania’s personal information protection, this agreement and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties, except the cases when you will need a document issued by our clinic about your health condition related to our offered services or a document about the services provided to you by our clinic and their outcome.

Your personal information will be stored in financial accounting documents for 10 years, as it is required by the accounting law of Lithuania.

After submitting your personal information, you have the right to:

ask UAB „Odontėja“ to allow you to see your personal information and correct or delete it,
or to restrict its management;

  • deny the management of your personal information;
  • transfer the data;
  • cancel your agreement at any time, without it affecting the legitimacy of the data management before the cancelation of the agreement;
  • file a complaint to a supervisory authority.

Submission of your personal information can be a requirement provided by law or the agreement, or a requirement, that needs to be fulfilled to make a contract and you must submit certain personal information necessary for the agreement/ to complete an order. If you do not submit your personal information or deny the right to collect, manage and store it, there will not be any consequences for you, however, we will not be able to complete your order, provide our services and properly formalize them.

You can cancel your agreement at any time by sending a letter to the address info@odontėja.lt and/or using the same method you gave your consent. We draw your attention to the fact that by Lithuanian law we must identify you and provide our services only with accurate personal information. Data for the registration and payment for the provided services When registering on our website www.odonteja.lt for an eligible identification and acceptance of order this personal information needs to be provided, :

  • name;
  • email address;
  • phone number;
  • subject;
  • message that you want to include when registering at our clinic.

When paying for services, for a proper proof of payment document issued according to Lithuanian legal acts, this personal information needs to be submitted to receive the money and issue a VAT invoice:

  • full name of the payer and the recipient of services;
  • address;
  • payer and the recipient’s phone number;
  • email address;
  • other necessary information.

UAB „‘Odontėja“ ensures, that this information will only be used for the purposes of ordering, providing and paying for services that interest you. In all other cases your personal information can be disclosed to third parties only in the cases provided for in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

The rules of UAB “Odontėja” for collecting, processing and storing personal data are publicly announced at the premises of UAB Odontėja, and we advise you to familiarize yourself with them before submitting your personal details other than for registration purposes. You may disagree with these rules, but we will not be able to provide you with services and properly account for them.

UAB “Odontėja” has the right to change this privacy policy. Further use of our website services means compliance with these rules. All disagreements and disputes are resolved by negotiation. Failing to reach an agreement, disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
